ProFilters replacement dust bags for commercial vacuum cleaners are made of the hi-tech nonwoven composite material combining high scale of filtration, breaking strength and low resistance to an airflow.
ProFilters dust bags for commercial vacuum cleaners are irreplaceable in the removal of all so-called heavy sorts of dust, such as concrete, plaster and asbestos, where standard paper dust bags very quickly fail and become practically useless.
Thanks to the application of the newest nonwoven material there is no effect of considerable loss of thrust of a vacuum cleaner when a ProFilters dust bag is filling, contrary to the loss of thrust observed when ordinary paper dust bags are used.
Three-level system of filtration:
Layer 1 - filters rough and average fraction of dust and serves as a strong skeleton of the filter;  
Layer 2 - filtering cloth from fibres in diameter of
1-5 micron, some fibres have an electrostatic charge and thanks to the potential difference the smallest fraction of dust is caught;
Layer 3 - filtering cloth from fibres in diameter of 10 micron forms a basis for layer 2.
